Ever-expanding artwork by Aleksandra Vasovic – art performance and art installation, from the contemporary art category.
Quantum particles are fundamental entities in the realm of quantum mechanics, which is a branch of physics that describes the behavior of matter and energy at extremely small scales.
Here are some key points about quantum particles:
3. Superposition: Quantum particles can exist in a superposition of multiple states simultaneously. For example, an electron can exist in a superposition of spin-up and spin-down states until it is measured, at which point it “collapses” into one of the definite states.
4. Entanglement: Quantum particles can become entangled, a phenomenon where the states of two or more particles become correlated so that the state of one particle cannot be described independently of the others. Entanglement has been demonstrated experimentally and is the basis for various applications in quantum information processing.
6. Wave-Particle Duality: The behavior of quantum particles is often described using wave functions, which are mathematical representations that describe the probability distribution of finding a particle in different states. These wave functions can exhibit interference patterns and wave-like phenomena, reflecting the particle’s wave-particle duality.
7. Tunneling and Wavefunction Collapse: Quantum particles can exhibit phenomena such as tunneling, where they can pass through energy barriers that, according to classical physics, they should not be able to overcome. Additionally, the act of measurement or observation causes the wave function to collapse, leading to a definite outcome.

Aleksandra Vasović: MAGICAL PAINTING OF LIGHT
We meet the painting that speaks about deep diving into the very essence of the plethora of meanings and movements of the color in Aleksandra Vasovic’s concept of the artworks exhibited in the gallery.
In this project, the artist imagined a blazing color palette saturating the canvas space, then flowing out, and finally falling as a waterfall of the dazzling geyser.
The primary significance of light dispersion is assigned in these new cycles of the artist’s work. Essentially, visual language explains the physical properties of color.
The new phase of narrative recognition is unfolding right in front of our eyes. The artist enters the whirlpool of cognitive perception, guided by her inspiration (or sensibility), stepping into the specific artistic domain, abandoning (or advancing) the previous one. Vasovic appears to be delving into the meaning of the artistic being. Making a new cyclus opens up a new path that reveals her artistic cosmos to the observer.
By multiplying the colored pigments in a specific abstract expression, the artist weaves emotional strings and authentically invents her own artistic Universe. The light tissue of the painting, accumulated through internal cohesion, is contending and dissolving. Color, compressed in a solid surface, appears to be structuring the protective layer, flowing out, and emitting radiation. The artist is using the differentiation and disintegration of the palette method. The “crashed” surface then opens light tunnels, dispersing the flare.
The artist is guided by the sensitive painting pattern in the pieces on display. We can recognize the reflection and the consequences of the applied theory, and representation of natural light via the electromagnetic wave element. We are experiencing the domain of artistic exploration in the form of the vibrating and breaking out of the core of the painting, independent of the structure. The light effect is recognized as a translator of energy decomposition.
The color is flowing in an unrestricted horizontal direction. The yellow palette is dispersed in nuances, and we have the impression that the fiery luminescence of the pigment is linked in an infinite chain. The energetic core is opened by a whirling blast of spiral circles, which is the source of the orange waterfalls that erupt. Vasovic’s creation of “catching” the light succeeds in capturing our attention and welcoming the observer into the magic.
We’re walking around the room, taking in all of the walls and listening to the crush crashing down from the canvases, following the powerful energy remodeled in the colored wildfire. Into “the space that contains quantum particles (in motion), and everything there is (within this space) is co-related and connected, completely and simultaneously affected by any influence or action applied to any part and particle.” (A.Vasović). In the gallery’s brilliantly glowing aura, the quantum shell is breaking and disintegrating.
One who observes a work by a specific artist hopes to discover the depth and meaning of the new cyclus. We recognize the painting, but the method is enigmatic, and the system remains hidden. By entering the content, itself, and the colored segments, we attempt to detect all the fluctuations, dilemmas, and characteristics of the new reflection of the abstract expression through personal perception. The visual identity is still hidden, but the deep meaning of the artistic Universe is beginning to emerge.
To keep the light “captured,” the canvas must withstand powerful strikes. The artist is incorporating bright yellows into thick paste tones. Enters the painting’s core, decomposing the existing whiteness. The descending spiral gathers and flows the pigments. Pulling out the internal burst like a magnet. And, before our eyes, the painting transforms into the electromagnetic field that ignites the cosmic fire…
Aleksandra Vasovic is explaining the light to us. Concerning art as the meaning of life.
